Pilot Electrical Construction Company was established in 1975 by R. W. Smeltzer. R. W. Smeltzer built this company from the ground up working in industrial, commercial and residential. We have been specializing in design builds and negotiating contract jobs for over 30 years.

Since the retirement of Bob Smeltzer in January 2002, the company is now owned and operated by Jason B. Parker and James T. Watson. They are continuing the legacy and moving the company into the future with expert service and the electrical knowledge to insure that all our customers are always satisfied and never pay too high a price for quality.
